Expert Vector Artist needed to manually vectorize 3D-style characters (No Auto-Trace)

I am looking for a highly skilled vector artist/illustrator for a quick but demanding turnaround project. I have a set of raster character images with a 3D-rendered look that need to be converted into high-quality, fully scalable vector files (.AI / .EPS) for large-format printing. Requirements: 1. STRICTLY NO AUTO-TRACE. All paths must be drawn manually using the Pen Tool. I will check the file structure. 2. The final vectors must replicate the original colors, shading, and volume as closely as possible (using gradient meshes, blends, or precise layering). 3. Clean, minimal anchor points and well-organized layers are mandatory. The files must be 100% print-ready. 4. Please include the word "Bézier" at the beginning of your proposal so I know you read the requirements. Deliverables: - Fully editable Adobe Illustrator (.AI) and .EPS files. - Organized layers and clearly labeled elements. To apply, please provide: 1.
