We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. We produce high-converting ads for multiple industries, including automotive, home improvement, finance, and local businesses. We need someone who can create professional, engaging, and conversion-focused video ads using the latest AI tools. What You'll Be Doing Editing UGC-style video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads Creating AI-generated videos using tools such as HeyGen, Kling, Runway, Veo, Synthesia, or similar Creating animated ads, motion graphics, and short-form video content Performing realistic AI lip-syncing and voice synchronization Replacing voices and matching mouth movements naturally Adding captions, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, and music Turning scripts into complete ad creatives Creating multiple ad variations for A/B testing Following direct-response marketing principles to maximize performance Required Skills ✅ Expert-level video editing ✅ Strong experience with AI video generation tools ✅ Experience creating UGC ads that look authentic ✅ Advanced lip-syncing skills with natural facial movements ✅ Animation and motion graphics experience ✅ Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve ✅ Understanding of Facebook and TikTok advertising ✅ Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Bonus Skills Experience creating dealership ads Experience with direct response marketing Experience creating VSLs (Video Sales Letters) Knowledge of ElevenLabs voice generation Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools To Apply Please provide: Portfolio of your best UGC ads Examples of AI-generated videos Examples of lip-syncing work Examples of animation ads What AI tools you use regularly Your hourly rate How many hours per week you are available Important We are looking for someone who can produce content that does not look AI-generated.
