PROJECT BRIEFING: I am the System Architect of a B2B Micro-SaaS platform. The MVP architecture (Google Gemini via Dify, Airtable, Make.com, PDFMonkey) exists but must be fortified, stabilized, and brought to a flawless, production-ready state within 14-21 days. YOUR MISSION & STRICT PARAMETERS: 1. Frontend Architecture (Softr): - Build a conversion-optimized, multi-tenant portal. - PWA REQUIREMENT: The portal must function flawlessly as a Progressive Web App so end-users can save it to their mobile home screens directly from the browser. - DIGITAL SIGNATURE: The frontend form must include a native Digital Signature field for clients to sign via touchscreen. 2. Backend Fortification (Make.com, Dify, PDFMonkey): - Optimize current scenarios for zero-fail rate. Ensure stable API calls to Google Gemini. - DYNAMIC SIGNATURE INJECTION: The backend must capture the signature image from Softr and dynamically inject it into the precise location on the PDFMonkey template. - ERROR HANDLING: The current MVP experiences timeouts. You must build robust API error handling in Make.com so the PDFMonkey generation never crashes under load. 3. Database (Airtable): - Structure for strict multi-tenant privacy (User A cannot see User B's data). 4. Monetization (Stripe): - 7-day free trial requiring upfront payment details (Credit Card/SEPA) at signup. - Day 8 auto-converts to a monthly subscription. Automatic access revocation via Webhook on failed payments. ACCESS & WORKFLOW: - I will provide dedicated developer access/credentials to Make.com, Dify, Airtable, Softr, PDFMonkey, and Stripe (Test Mode). - You will document the final setup so I can take over administration once complete.
