Fabric / Manufacturing Sourcing in Portugal and/ or Turkey for a New Sleep / Loungewear brand

I am launching a luxury sleepwear and loungewear brand targeted at women and am looking for an experienced textile sourcing and product development specialist to support the development of my first collection. The designs, moodboards, and overall brand direction have already been developed. I am now looking for an expert who can guide me through fabric selection, sourcing, manufacturer identification. My brand focuses on high-quality, sustainable, and non-toxic materials, so experience sourcing and developing products using responsible fabrics is essential. Scope of work: * Review my designs, moodboards, and tech packs * Recommend the most suitable fabrics for each design, including both outer fabrics and linings * Advise on which specific fabrics should be sampled and tested * Source and shortlist fabric mills, suppliers, and manufacturers * Identify and recommend suitable garment manufacturers for sampling and production * Assist with requesting and evaluating fabric swatches * Advise on fabric performance, comfort, breathability, sustainability, washability, and quality * Help compare manufacturers and suppliers * Assist with obtaining and reviewing quotations * Support price negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers where appropriate * Provide recommendations through to the first approved sample stage The ideal candidate will have experience developing luxury sleepwear, lingerie, loungewear, or premium apparel collections and a strong understanding of sustainable and non-toxic textiles, including fabrics such as TENCEL™, Lyocell, MicroModal, Cupro, silk blends, sustainable meshes, and other premium materials. Please share relevant experience, examples of previous projects, and details of any fabric mills, suppliers, or manufacturers you have worked with in the past.
