Facebook Content Creator Needed

We are seeking a Facebook content creator to find engaging articles and transform them into picture posts on our Facebook page. The posts on our Facebook page should include a link to the full article on our website. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation and social media management, ensuring our content is original, informative and visually appealing. You will be trained up to understand the page and it's audience, as well as how to find the right kind of content that will perform well on the page. Expectation at full scale operations after the training period would be 8-10 picture posts with articles, 1 video (10-15 second reels), including weekends. This doesn't mean you need to work weekends, it means there need to be enough content to cover every day of the week. During the training period (first 2-3 weeks) you will be expected to create 4 picture posts with articles (or 6 picture posts without articles). following 2-3 weeks you will be expected to create 6 picture posts with articles (or 8 picture posts without articls). Once you are 6-8 weeks in, you will be expected to deliver 8 picture posts with articles on our website (10 picture posts without articles) and 1 video (10-15 seconds) each day. This work load will require a full 40 hour commitment each week, so it is the equivalent of a full time job. It will require you to research each article/story, find and edit pictures to add originality, create engaging captions. We will be sending out short tasks to those candidates who are shortlisted. Some examples of the pictures you will be creating are attached. If you are successful, and get good results you could become an integral part of our Facebook operations and will be compensated with bonuses and increased pay.
