We're a B2B company in the automotive space. We just shot about an hour of on-location interview footage with a dealership general manager — a genuinely great story — and we need it cut into a fast-moving, scroll-stopping Facebook ad that drives leads and engagement. Strong potential for ongoing work; we produce these regularly. This is a direct-response paid-social edit, not a corporate sizzle reel. We care about hooks, pacing, captions, and conversions — and we're hiring your editorial instinct: the ability to watch an hour of raw footage and find the 30 seconds that sell. The footage ~1 hour of raw interview + b-roll (a walking-and-talking conversation on the dealership lot), plus photo stills and a brand kit. Finding the story is your job. You'll review the full footage and pull the most powerful moments yourself — the hook, the turn, the proof beats. We won't hand you a shot list; that judgment is exactly what we're paying for. Real person, real story, real results. Make a dealer who's scrolling stop and think "that could be my store." The story (so you cut toward the feeling, not just the clips) A new general manager made one decision — and it rebuilt every department in his dealership. He stopped sourcing inventory the old, expensive way and built a smarter buying engine instead. Within months: more cars sold, better margins, a money-losing department turned profitable, and his leads roughly doubled on their own. Underdog operator, real discipline, real numbers. We'll send you the companion blog post and case study so you understand the full arc and the exact impact we want a viewer to feel. Lead with emotion and momentum; let the proof points land as fast on-screen text. Deliverables 1 primary ad, ~30–45 sec — hook in the first 2 seconds, tight pacing, burned-in captions, branded lower-thirds, end card with a clear call to action. 3–4 alternate hook versions of that primary ad — same body, different opening 3 seconds — for A/B testing. This is the most important part. 2 cutdowns — a :15 and a :06–:10 bumper. Delivered vertical 9:16 (Reels/Stories) and 4:5 (feed); 1:1 if it's easy. Editable project file on request. Style Fast, modern, direct-response. Kinetic captions, clean motion, energy and momentum — think top-performing paid-social ads, not a webinar recap. We provide logo, fonts, and color hex. Design for sound-off (captions always on), but pick music that carries the pace. Turnaround First cut of the primary ad within 48 hours of receiving footage. All hook variations and aspect ratios by end of this week. Budget To apply Share 2–3 short-form / paid-social samples (vertical, captioned, hook-driven preferred). One line on the kind of moment you hunt for when you cut a talking-head interview into an ad — what makes you stop and say "that's the clip." Your earliest start and realistic turnaround.
