You'll review our Pinterest inspiration board and Atria ad swipe board, then build a comprehensive Figma template library for static ads across meta paid social placements. Every template should be modular and easy to edit, meaning images, colors, fonts, copy, and logos can all be swapped in. **Deliverables** - Review provided Pinterest and Atria boards before starting - Minimum 30–50 unique static ad templates covering: - Feed (1:1 and 4:5) for Meta - Stories / Reels cover (9:16) - Carousels (individual frames) - Horizontal (1.91:1) for awareness placements - Templates organized in Figma with a clean, named structure (by format and use case) - All templates built with: - Swappable image layers - Editable color styles mapped to our brand palette - Editable text with our brand fonts pre-loaded - Logo and badge layers that are easy to toggle on/off **Our Brand** - Voice: Technical, confident, performance-driven. "Engineered for the Obsessed." - Aesthetic references: performance cycling and triathlon brands, clean athletic layouts, bold typography **Who We're Looking For** - Strong Figma skills, specifically component-based design and use of styles and variables - Experience designing paid social ad templates (DTC or apparel experience is a major plus) - Ability to interpret a swipe file and distill it into original, on-brand creative frameworks - Fast, organized, and communicative - Portfolio showing systematic design work, not just one-off assets **Project Scope** If you have experience with ad creative systems or have built template libraries for DTC brands before, call that out specifically. Bonus: experience with Meta ad creative best practices (hooks, hierarchy, CTA placement).
