Filevine Developer – Workflow Optimization & Dashboard Development

We're a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in Texas looking for an experienced Filevine developer to help us optimize our case management workflows and build out custom dashboards. This is a project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work. What You'll Be Doing Auditing and improving existing Filevine workflows and automation Building and refining custom dashboards for case tracking and reporting Developing new workflow stages, task triggers, and field configurations Collaborating with our team to understand operational needs and translate them into Filevine solutions What We're Looking For Demonstrated hands-on experience building and customizing Filevine environments (please include examples or describe prior Filevine projects in your proposal) Familiarity with personal injury case management workflows is a strong plus Clear communicator who can work with non-technical staff Ability to work independently and deliver on defined scope
