PROJECT BRIEF: Wedding and Events Management App (MVP) Project Overview: We are looking to develop a Cross-Platform Mobile Application (iOS and Android) using Flutter or React Native. The app simplifies wedding and event management for grooms (hosts) and their guests in Saudi Arabia. It will feature a 4-section ecosystem combined with smart automated WhatsApp messaging and QR code verification. Core User Roles and Key Features: 1. Groom Dashboard (The Host) - Input event details (Name, Date, Time, Google Maps location, Snapchat link). - Manage a personal checklist and budget tracker. - Sync device contacts to build the guest list. - Automatically generate a digital invitation card with a secure, embedded QR Code. - Bulk send invitations via WhatsApp API. 2. Guests Portal (The Attendees) - OTP Login: Access via mobile number. - Interactive Calendar: A dedicated calendar view showing all upcoming events marked with a distinct Golden Dot. Tapping a date reveals event details. - Smart QR Scanner: In-app camera scanner to scan QR codes from physical cards, and ability to upload a digital card image from the gallery. - Auto-Match Contact Sync: Syncs contacts to match mutual friends attending the same wedding and triggers free in-app push notifications. - Guest Trial Package: New guests get 50 free WhatsApp alerts for future personal use. 3. Wedding Vendors Directory (Marketplace) - A classified directory split into 4 clear categories: Venues, Photographers, Caterers, Salons. - Vendor Cards containing a cover photo, direct call button, and direct WhatsApp chat link. - One-Click Link: Allow grooms to quickly link a venue's details and location directly to their invitation form with a single tap. 4. Wedding Memories Studio (Media Hub) - In-App YouTube Player: Seamless integration to live-stream the wedding or view playlists. - Cloud Media Gallery: A grid-view layout allowing hosts and photographers to upload high-quality photos/videos for guests to download. - Social Interaction: Simple likes and text congratulations. - Privacy Toggle: A switch to toggle the studio visibility between Public to all or Private to checked-in guests only.
