Foundation Level ML Model

I'm looking for someone to build a rough but working local analysis workbench for Windows 11 that lets a single user load and join datasets, run clustering, anomaly detection, and driver analysis, explore results visually, run the same workflows through config-driven CLI commands, and export both enriched data files and standalone HTML reports. Scope to be confirmed before awarding the contract. BEFORE STARTING WORK * Before starting, we’ll agree on scope, details, and acceptance criteria. PAYMENT CONDITIONS * I’ll only accept work that meets the agreed standards. These will not change from what we've discussed AFTER Delivery * Strong results may make you my go-to person for that project type and similar work. Timelines and Expectations: * Delivery in the next 36 hours (Sunday 12pm UAE time) * Must meet agreed expectations * You may always contact me for questions, concerns (if you need help with anything - and I can help), etc. Terms and conditions * You must provide all working code and ensure that I can use and play with it myself, locally * You must not re-sell the solution that you make * The solution must not use anything that requires payment and or trial. Must use open source project * Must work on Windows OS without Docker (unless agreed), or WSL * Solution must adhere to my coding standards and principles * Solutions must the definition of done, acceptance criteria, and success criteria - while not breaching any of the 'forbiddon criteria' * Agreed budget are final - the scope wont change, so neither will the cost
