Founding Creator Partnerships Manager (Part-Time) 15 to 20 hours per week + Performance Bonus $$$ Help Us Build the Largest Creator Community in Women's Health Med Method Direct is a rapidly growing, physician-led virtual medical practice specializing in menopause, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss for women 40+. https://medmethoddirect.com We're launching a national Creator Partnership Program and are looking for someone to build it from the ground up. This is not a social media manager position. This is not a virtual assistant position. This is a partnership, business development, and growth role focused on recruiting and managing creators who educate women through authentic content. If you enjoy building systems, creating partnerships, and helping brands grow, we'd love to hear from you. Your Mission Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing network of creators who produce educational content around menopause, hormone health, and medical weight loss. You'll build the systems, relationships, and processes needed to scale this program nationally. --- ## Responsibilities * Research and identify creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and online communities. * Build and manage a creator recruitment pipeline. * Conduct personalized outreach through email, DMs, and other communication channels. * Recruit and onboard new creators. * Build long-term relationships with creators. * Coordinate content submissions and approvals. * Organize content libraries using Google Drive, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools. * Maintain creator databases and CRM. * Track creator performance and activity. * Identify high-performing content for paid advertising. * Create and document scalable systems, workflows, and SOPs for the creator program. --- ## Ideal Experience Experience in one or more of the following: * Influencer Marketing * Creator Partnerships * Affiliate Marketing * UGC (User Generated Content) * Community Management * Brand Partnerships * Partnership Development Healthcare or wellness experience is a plus but not required. --- ## Compensation **Base Pay:** $1,000 month + bonus $$$ Approximately 15–20 hours per week. **Performance Bonuses** available based on achieving agreed-upon program milestones.
