Freelance Content & Growth Strategist (90-Day Contract) We're looking for an experienced freelance Content & Growth Strategist to help build and manage the social media presence for a commercial production company and its founder. This is not a traditional social media manager role. We're looking for someone who understands content strategy, audience growth, AI-powered workflows, and social media operations. ### Responsibilities * Develop a content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Recommend and implement the best tools and workflows for content creation and publishing. * Turn long-form conversations and behind-the-scenes footage into engaging social content. * Write captions, titles, and post copy. * Schedule and publish content. * Track analytics and continually optimize for growth. * Document workflows so the system can be maintained long term. * Stay current on AI tools that improve efficiency. ### Requirements * Proven experience growing professional, founder, or agency brands on social media. * Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Experience with AI-assisted content creation and editing tools. * Excellent writing and communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects. ### Important This role is focused on content strategy, publishing, and growth. It does **not** include managing personal DMs or responding to messages on social platforms. ### Engagement * Initial 90-day contract. * Budget: $3,500 to $5,000 per month, depending on experience. * Potential for an ongoing relationship if it's a great fit. ### To Apply Please include: 1.
