Freelance Designer for Design Briefs

Anzo Capital is a global CFD and forex broker offering trading across forex, indices, commodities, and shares. We operate across multiple markets and run active performance marketing campaigns — producing a high volume of digital advertising assets across paid social and display channels. We're looking for a reliable design execution specialist to support Anzo Capital's lead designer on a flexible, ongoing basis. The majority of work involves producing assets for CFD and financial product campaigns — think trading promotions, market event creatives, platform feature ads, and performance marketing across paid social. This is a production-focused role — you will not be responsible for ideation or creative direction. Your job is to take clear briefs, wireframes, or directions from our lead designer and turn them into polished, finished artwork efficiently and accurately. What you’ll be doing • Producing finished art from wireframes or design briefs provided by the lead designer • Resizing and adapting assets across multiple formats — particularly paid social ad sizes (Meta, Google Display, TikTok, etc.) • Following brand guidelines and design systems precisely • Iterating quickly based on feedback with minimal back-and-forth You must have • Advanced Figma proficiency — components, auto layout, variants, frames, and file organisation • Strong grasp of design fundamentals — typography, spacing, colour, visual hierarchy • Experience producing digital advertising assets (social ads, display banners) • Ability to work from a brief or wireframe and deliver production-ready files • Reliable communication and turnaround — we move fast • High attention to detail and consistency Nice to have: • Familiarity with paid social ad specifications across major platforms • Experience working within an established design system or brand kit • Background or working knowledge of CFD trading, forex, or financial services — understanding the product you're designing for is a real advantage • Basic motion or GIF export experience (not essential)
