Freelance Interview Conductors for Technical Roles (NodeJS, ExpressJS, Backend)

Note: The hiring process includes a code challenge (estimated 4 to 8 hours) and a technical interview. We are seeking experienced freelancers to assist in conducting interviews as part of our recruitment process. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to assess applicants effectively. You will be responsible for preparing interview questions, facilitating discussions, and providing feedback on candidates’ performance. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our hiring efforts on a freelance basis. The interviews will follow a structured format that includes reviewing code challenges and conducting LeetCode-style tests with candidates. You’ll be expected to have your camera on during interviews to ensure clear and professional communication. Since you’ll be representing our company, we expect a high level of professionalism in every interaction. Requirements: -Experience with ExpressJS, Postgres, and modern web technologies. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Communicate well in English.
