Freelance Copywriter (UX Writing)

About the Role Stevens advises technology companies, and we're hiring a freelance Content Designer to join our team for an active client engagement in the automotive technology space. You'll work as part of the Stevens team to create clear, user-centered content across our client's digital products - including a mobile app, web platform, customer communications, and sales experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving usability problems through words and wants to help define the content foundation of a growing product from the ground up. What You'll Do - Write UX content for product flows, onboarding, forms, and notifications - Help define content guidelines and voice across the product - Create content for emails and chatbot experiences - Collaborate closely with designers to improve usability through content What We're Looking For - Experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Product Content Strategy - A strong portfolio showcasing digital product work - Experience building content systems and design guidelines - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Additional Details - You'll be engaged directly by Stevens for the duration of this project - All hires must pass a background check - You'll be given access to tooling via SSO If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to see your portfolio and hear about your experience writing content for digital products.
