Company: Simplysnap Group (incorporating Trythekit, and Hireacamera) Location: Remote (UK/Europe preferred). About Us The Simplysnap Group operates premier photography, filmmaking, and tech rental brands across the UK and Europe, including Hireacamera and Trythekit. We are looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Freelancer to optimise our existing account structures and stop budget leakage. Please note: Creative strategy and asset production are entirely handled by our internal team. Your focus is strictly campaign management and data optimisation. Project Structure & Budget This engagement is split into two distinct phases to ensure tracking and structure are perfected before moving into ongoing management: • Phase 1: Account Audit, Tracking Clean-up & Restructure (Fixed Price - TBA): A comprehensive review of our active and historical Meta campaigns. This includes standardising mismatched attribution windows, cleaning up conversion datasets, and implementing immediate targeting exclusions based on our multi-year historical data to plug budget leaks. • Phase 2: Ongoing Optimisation & Maintenance (Monthly Retainer / Hourly Rate): Transitioning into regular account management. This involves monitoring performance, shifting budgets between prospecting and remarketing, and analysing asset performance to guide our internal creative team. Key Responsibilities • Auditing & Refining: Review established campaigns (including lookalike setups) to eliminate wasted spend using demographic and audience exclusions. • Standardising Attribution: Align mismatched attribution windows across active campaigns to ensure accurate, unskewed multi-year data. • Funnel Reporting: Set up custom reporting views in Meta Ads Manager to track performance from traffic efficiency down to ROAS. • Creative Performance Tracking: Monitor format performance (Videos, Carousels, Statics) to identify ad fatigue and advise our creative team on what to produce next. • Budget Management: Control spend distribution between prospecting and remarketing to keep audience frequencies healthy. Required Experience • Established Campaign Optimisation: Proven experience reviewing, tightening, and scaling existing Meta Ads accounts and lookalike audience structures, rather than just building new ones from scratch. • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Strong proficiency in exporting raw Meta data to Excel/CSV to run macro trend analyses, identify performance bottlenecks, and pinpoint attribution mismatches. • E-Commerce or Rental Model Success: Track record of managing conversion-focused campaigns where success is measured by bottom-of-funnel actions (CPA and ROAS). • Experience in the UK market is highly preferred.
