FreshBooks Expert Needed — CRM Automation & Optimization

We're a small business looking for an experienced FreshBooks consultant to streamline our workflow and help us get more out of our CRM. This is a project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work. --- 📋 SCOPE OF WORK • Automate our quoting process and client follow-up sequences • Build out a simple KPI dashboard to track the metrics that matter • Analyze customer behavior to surface retention opportunities and help us prioritize high-likelihood follow-ups • Audit and de-clutter our setup — remove unused features, fields, and anything adding noise • Integrate our AI phone call notes system into FreshBooks so call summaries flow into the CRM automatically --- ✅ YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE • Deep hands-on FreshBooks experience (please share examples) • A track record of building automations and integrations (Zapier, Make, native API, etc.) • Experience with CRM data analysis and customer segmentation • Clear communication and the ability to explain trade-offs in plain English --- 📩 TO APPLY Briefly describe a similar project you've delivered, your proposed approach, and your estimated timeline.
