Front-End Developer Needed-Tailwind CSS Website (40 pages)

need a front-end specialist who can take my reference site and brand guide and turn them into a fully responsive, 40-page informational website built with Tailwind CSS. The site will include a Home page, Services, Technologies, Industries, Case Studies, About, plus a Blog/Articles section, Contact form and Newsletter signup.
