We are looking for a part-time Frontend Developer to support a high-performance SaaS product built with React & Next.js. Experience in PropTech or SaaS platforms is a strong plus. Key Requirements - Strong hands-on experience with React & Next.js Understanding of SSR, Edge Functions, Cloudflare, modern deployment - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines - Focus on frontend performance optimization Must-Have Expertise - Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) - Image optimization & lazy loading - Bundle size reduction & JS optimization - Caching strategies (CDN/browser/server) - Lighthouse optimization - Avoiding unnecessary re-renders - API/network optimization & request batching What We’re Looking For: A performance-driven engineer who builds fast, scalable SaaS frontends with clean architecture and strong attention to detail.
