Project Overview We are developing a direct-to-customer online sales platform for products from our farm. The platform should support fresh farm products, seasonal products, value-added products, advance booking, online payments, courier/shipping tracking, customer communication, product launch announcements, inventory management, customer feedback, WhatsApp integration, and complaint registration. The website should be fast, attractive, simple to use, mobile-friendly, and suitable for future expansion. We want a modern online ordering experience similar in convenience to popular platforms like Zepto, Amazon, BigBasket, etc., but designed uniquely for our farm brand. The developer must be able to guide us on the right technology, hosting company, storage space, payment gateway, courier integration, email system, WhatsApp system, database structure, security, SEO, and future scalability. Main Objectives The platform should allow customers to: View farm products with images, videos, descriptions, pricing, availability, and delivery details. Place online orders quickly from mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Make online payments through payment gateway or bank-integrated payment options. Receive automatic order confirmation emails and order status updates. Receive new product launch and product availability notifications. Track courier/shipping status. Give feedback and register complaints. Advance book seasonal products. Register with mobile number and email ID. Each milestone must be completed, tested, and accepted before payment release.
