Key Responsibilities Gain a thorough understanding of the entire Lending Success Pot business model, lending workflow, and customer journey. Analyze existing website architecture, customer portals, and internal systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the Lending Success Pot portal. Improve user experience, website performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Develop secure borrower, broker, lender, and administrator portals. Integrate lead management systems to efficiently capture, organize, qualify, and track prospects throughout the lending process. Integrate CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to streamline customer communications, lead nurturing, campaign management, and reporting. Build automated workflows for: Lead capture Loan applications Document collection Identity verification Appointment scheduling Loan status updates Email and SMS notifications Follow-up sequences Customer onboarding Integrate AI agents and intelligent automation to assist with: Customer support Lead qualification Frequently asked questions Appointment scheduling Document collection Loan application assistance Customer follow-ups Internal workflow automation Integrate third-party APIs, including lending platforms, CRM systems, payment processors, e-signature services, communication platforms, analytics tools, and other business applications. Collaborate with management to recommend innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and business growth. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and industry best practices. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and follow software development best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. Strong experience in full-stack web development and software engineering. Expertise in modern web technologies, APIs, cloud services, databases, and system integrations. Experience integrating CRM platforms, lead management systems, marketing automation platforms, and AI-powered solutions. Strong understanding of automation technologies and business process optimization. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Experience with lending broker platforms, financial technology (FinTech), customer relationship management (CRM), loan origination systems (LOS), AI agents, conversational AI, workflow automation, cloud infrastructure, analytics dashboards, and secure web application development is highly preferred.
