About OneWayOut Solutions We’re a financial wellness (FinLife) platform helping deskless and lower-income workers across Namibia and South Africa escape debt and build financial resilience — delivered through their employers (B2B2C). We’re growing fast and expanding our product surface, and we’re looking for a strong developer to help us build the next phase. What you’ll do You’ll join our existing developer and help us move faster across three workstreams: • Refine the current web platform — tighten, polish, and improve the existing build to a production-ready standard. • Build a mobile app — a [native / cross-platform (React Native or Flutter) / PWA] version of our web platform, optimised for low-bandwidth mobile users in our markets. • Build out the Employer Portal — a B2B dashboard where HR teams onboard staff, manage access, and view reporting, with strict privacy controls between employer and employee data.
