Summary

We run a booking platform. About 400 small studios use it every day. React front end. Node API. Postgres database. It pays our bills. The app works. Until it does not. Here is what happens now. A studio owner tries to take a payment at 7 PM. Our Stripe webhook drops it. The booking shows paid. The money never lands. We find out on Friday when we reconcile by hand. Last month 38 payments fell through this way. Each studio pays us $79 a month. When the app feels broken, they leave. We lost 11 of them in May. Do the math. That is a bucket with a hole in the bottom. Our last developer built half a new dashboard and vanished. We log into the repo and find three branches. None merged. No notes. No README. We are scared to deploy because last time we deployed, login broke for two hours. We need one person who owns this. Front end to back end. Database to UI. Here is what we need from you. You read our codebase and tell us what is rotten and what is fine. You fix the Stripe webhook so a payment never disappears again. You finish the dashboard the last guy abandoned. You build the API integrations we keep putting off: email, SMS, and one AI feature that drafts follow-up messages for our studios. You clean up the repo so the next deploy does not scare us. You write enough notes that we are never held hostage by one person again. You know React and Node cold. You have shipped real web apps people use, not demos. You have wired up third party APIs and webhooks before and you know why they break. You write plain English and you reply same day. Nice to have: Next.js, TypeScript, and real experience plugging in LLM or automation workflows. One test. Start your proposal with the word "deploy". Then tell us the first thing you would check in a Node app where a Stripe webhook silently drops payments. Be specific. We get fifty AI proposals a week. We reject every generic one. We reject copy paste. We reject walls of buzzwords. We read every word of the rest. We start with a paid test task. One bug, one small build. You do it well and we hand you the whole thing. After that we want a long term partner. We are rebuilding the booking flow next quarter and we want you on it. Budget: $1,000 to $2,500 fixed for the first build. Ongoing work after.
