Full Time Media Buyer For Agency

Senior Paid Media Buyer (Meta, TikTok & Google Ads) $6,000/month + Quarterly Performance Bonuses We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a senior media buyer with a proven track record managing high-volume lead generation campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who has managed significant ad spend, understands performance marketing inside and out, and can take ownership of campaigns. What You’ll Do * Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google * Continuously optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality * Test new audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages * Analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance * Collaborate with our creative, CRO, and automation teams * Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends Requirements * 5+ years managing paid media campaigns * Strong experience with lead generation (required) * Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets * Advanced understanding of campaign structure, attribution, and scaling * Comfortable reading and interpreting performance data * Excellent written and spoken English Bonus Points * Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) * Experience building or optimizing landing pages and funnels * Experience with CRM automation * Affiliate marketing experience * Call center or phone lead generation experience When You Apply Please include: 1.
