Fundraising Consultant

We have put together an investment firm -- Big R Investments -- that will include money raises on several businesses. These businesses are: PRIMEDIA Network - www.primedianetwork.com AmeriLegal -- www.amerilegalnetwork.com Advanced Medical -- www.advancedmedicalinc.com One Class Action -- www.oneclassaction.com (site is in development) Each of these businesses are national businesses and have the potential to do over $100 million a year in annual revenue. We are looking for a person to join our team and help us put together ALL the investment material on ALL the companies listed. You must be able to commit to 20 hours a week and work to get materials completed in a timely fashion. In addition, we have no problem with using AI like Chat GPT -- this is an amazing tool. But, again, we want you to put everything together: • A compelling pitch deck. • A concise executive summary. • A robust financial model. • A clean cap table. • A comprehensive due diligence data room. • Product demo materials. • Market research and customer validation. • Historical financials and key operating metrics. • A clear funding plan tied to specific milestones. Also please understand we want everything put together -- this means writing, designing, looking at financials, reviewing our PPMs, etc -- we want everything that is needed ready to go to present to investors -- please do not apply if you can't do everything from start to finish. Also, we have Attorneys who are putting together the PPMs and Subscription Agreements so that is not needed but everything else is. This is also just a start. We have several other companies that we can develop as well and the reward for "good work is more work". Show us what you can do and this will be a full-time position should you so desire. We are looking to hire this upcoming week and have you start immediately. Last, if you have done this type of work, please be prepared to show examples of your work and success stories.
