The immediate job is to diagnose and fix the issues below. But this is the start of something ongoing — I'm scaling and selling these agents to multiple clients, so the right person becomes my go-to developer for every build and ongoing maintenance going forward. There is consistent, repeat work here for someone who delivers. THE CURRENT SETUP: - Built on VAPI using a squads model (triage agent + booking agent) - Integrated with GoHighLevel (CRM + calendar) and Twilio (inbound calls) - Answers calls, qualifies the customer, books appointments, sends an SMS summary after each call THE PROBLEMS I NEED SOLVED: 1. Latency — response time is too slow (~1,200ms), it doesn't feel snappy or natural 2. Voice quality — it sounds robotic and unnatural, not how a human would talk 3. Dynamism - The agent needs to be able to handle well whatever is thrown at it, needs to be fluid and dynamic THE STANDARD I'M AIMING FOR: A voice agent that sounds completely natural, responds instantly and handles anything thrown at it — like a real human receptionist.
