Gamma Deck Designer / Presentation Designer Role Overview We are looking for a strong presentation designer who can help us build a polished Gamma document that mirrors the structure, tone, and design quality of an existing deck. This person will work closely with our team to organize creative assets, clean up the flow of the presentation, and create a professional long-form testimonial and social proof deck. The ideal candidate understands both design and storytelling, with the ability to turn raw assets, testimonials, screenshots, videos, quotes, and brand materials into a clean, compelling presentation. Core Responsibilities * Rebuild or mirror an existing deck inside Gamma * Create a clean, professional template system that can be reused across future decks * Organize slides/sections around testimonials, social proof, case studies, and brand credibility * Work with our internal team to gather and structure all required assets * Turn raw content into a visually compelling, easy-to-follow presentation * Maintain brand consistency across fonts, colors, spacing, layouts, and imagery * Create strong section breaks, testimonial layouts, quote cards, screenshot layouts, and social proof pages * Help identify missing assets or content gaps needed to complete the deck * Ensure the final Gamma doc feels premium, organized, and easy to present/share Ideal Experience * Strong experience designing decks, pitch decks, sales decks, case study decks, or investor-style presentations * Experience using Gamma, Canva, Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint * Strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, and brand consistency * Ability to organize messy content into a clear narrative * Experience working with testimonials, screenshots, social proof, UGC, media assets, and case studies * Comfortable working quickly and collaborating with a team * Bonus if you understand marketing, sales, coaching, education, or consumer brands Project Scope We already have an existing deck that we want to use as the visual and structural reference. The designer’s job is to build a new Gamma document that mirrors the quality and flow of that deck while organizing a larger set of testimonial and social proof assets. The project will include: * Reviewing the existing reference deck * Creating a Gamma template system * Organizing testimonial/social proof sections * Placing screenshots, quotes, videos, graphics, and other assets * Creating a clean, polished final version for team review * Making revisions based on feedback Deliverables * Fully built Gamma document * Reusable Gamma page/slide templates * Organized testimonial/social proof structure * Asset checklist showing what is used and what is still needed * Final polished version ready to share internally or externally What We Are Looking For We need someone who is not just a graphic designer, but someone who can think through presentation flow, organize content, and help make the deck feel persuasive and premium. The right person should be able to take direction, move quickly, ask smart questions, and help our team bring order to a lot of raw content.
