General Virtual Assistant (SEO & Operations) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time About Leadspring Leadspring is a fast-growing digital marketing and SEO company focused on lead generation, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help support our project managers, operations team, and company owners. About the Role This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping keep projects, people, and processes organized. You will assist with a variety of tasks across SEO, content, website management, operations, and general business administration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications AI Experience (Most Important) ✅ Strong experience using AI tools in day-to-day work ✅ Familiarity with tools such as: Claude Code Claude ChatGPT Gemini Grok ✅ Ability to use AI to improve productivity, research, content creation, organization, and problem-solving General Qualifications ✅ Excellent English communication skills ✅ Strong organizational and time management skills ✅ Detail-oriented and dependable ✅ Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Technical Experience ✅ Basic to advanced SEO knowledge ✅ Experience working with WordPress ✅ Experience working with Shopify ✅ Comfortable learning new software and digital tools Responsibilities ✅ Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination ✅ Support company owners and operations managers with administrative and operational tasks ✅ Help manage website updates and content publishing ✅ Assist with SEO-related tasks and research ✅ Maintain project documentation and task tracking ✅ Coordinate with team members to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule ✅ Use AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows Compensation & Benefits ✅ USD $500–$1000/month depending on experience ✅ Full-time position (40 hours/week) ✅ Flexible working hours ✅ Performance reviews every 3 months ✅ Opportunities for salary increases based on performance If you’re highly organized, comfortable with modern AI tools, have experience with WordPress and Shopify, and enjoy helping teams stay productive and efficient, we’d love to hear from you.
