Job Type: Short-Term Contract | Full-Time (40+ hrs/week) Experience Level: Expert Duration: ~10 Business Days Overview We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Architect to build a complete sales-to-operations system for a service-based business. This is a full-time, output-based contract. You must be fully dedicated during the build period. The contract ends upon successful delivery and handover. This is NOT a funnel setup role. This is a full operational CRM architecture build. What You Will Build A centralized system connecting: Lead → Qualification → Estimation → Proposal → Follow-Up → Win/Loss → Project Intake → Operations Scope of Work 1. Multi-Stage Pipeline Build a complete pipeline with the following stages: Lead Capture Qualification Estimation Required BOQ In Progress Quote Submitted 4-Step Follow-Up Negotiation Won / Lost Project Intake Live Project Archive Define stage movement rules, ownership logic, tagging framework, and visibility structure. 2. Sales & Qualification Framework Custom qualification fields (budget, competitors, profitability) Opportunity scoring logic Follow-up tracking Clean pipeline governance 3. Estimation Workflow Estimation trigger stage BOQ tracking (start, completion, submission dates) Approval visibility and revision tracking Role-based access 4. FRE Structure (Follow-Up, Reconnect, Expand) Follow-up and reconnect tagging Expand contact tagging Reporting views for management and EA visibility 5. Won → Project Intake Logic When a deal is marked WON: Trigger intake checklist Assign project owner Capture revenue value Categorize project Move to Live Project stage 6. KPI Dashboards Lead response time Quote-to-meeting rate Quote-to-win rate Pipeline value and closed revenue BOQ turnaround time Revenue by source Role-based visibility required. Requirements Advanced GoHighLevel CRM architecture experience Multi-stage operational pipeline builds Cross-functional workflow design KPI dashboard creation Strong systems thinking Preferred: Service-based or construction industry background Estimation / quoting workflow experience ClickUp or Zapier integrations SMS and follow-up automation experience Engagement Terms Full-time commitment (40+ hrs/week) for ~10 business days Output-based milestone delivery Includes system testing and walkthrough session Contract ends upon successful delivery and handover How to Apply Your proposal must include: Examples of GoHighLevel CRM systems you have built A description of a sales system you improved and the results achieved Confirmation of availability within the next 2 weeks Your estimated hours to complete this scope Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed.
