GoHighLevel Developer – Client Portal, Funnels & API Integrations

About the Role We are a growing consultancy launching our first client on GoHighLevel and need a skilled GHL developer to help us cross the finish line — then stay on as ongoing support as we scale. You will be picking up an in-progress build and working alongside our team to finalize the client portal, funnel architecture, and API integrations. We need someone who communicates well, works independently, and is available during U.S. business hours for real-time collaboration. What You'll Be Working On • Completing and refining an in-progress GHL client portal setup • Building and optimizing sales funnels and landing pages • Configuring and troubleshooting API integrations (webhooks, Zapier, third-party tools) • Ongoing support, updates, and troubleshooting as we onboard clients • Light documentation of what's been built for internal handoff purposes Requirements • Proven GoHighLevel experience — please include examples or screenshots of past GHL builds • Strong understanding of GHL client portals, membership areas, and white-label setup • Experience with API integrations and webhooks within GHL • Funnel and landing page design/build experience • Must be available between 9 AM – 9 PM EST for real-time communication • Based in the Americas (U.S., Canada, or Latin America strongly preferred) • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working async when needed Nice to Have • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat) • Prior experience supporting a GHL agency or white-label reseller • Familiarity with CRM workflows and pipeline management inside GHL Engagement & Compensation This starts as a project-based engagement to complete the current buildout, with the goal of transitioning to a retainer (estimated 10–15 hours/month) for the right candidate.
