Summary

Job Description: I run a digital marketing agency serving restaurant clients. I need a GoHighLevel automation built that takes a Facebook/Instagram comment and turns it into a tracked, redeemable in-store offer — entirely through Messenger. This needs to be built cleanly, tested end-to-end, and packaged as a GHL Snapshot so I can deploy it to new client sub-accounts in minutes. I have all copy/messaging already written. You are building the technical flow and logic — not writing content. The Full Flow: Trigger — A restaurant posts on Facebook/Instagram with an offer and a comment trigger word (e.g. "Comment PIZZA for the deal"). When someone comments that keyword on that specific post, it automatically fires a Messenger DM to that commenter. Messenger Bot Conversation — Bot opens with a welcome message confirming the offer, captures first name and mobile number, and confirms the offer is "locked." 2b. Conversational Timeline Check-In — A few minutes after the offer is locked, the bot asks conversationally when the user plans to visit (today / this week / unsure) and responds with a branched, natural reply based on their answer. This keeps the Messenger 24-hour engagement window active and creates a soft re-engagement hook if they haven't redeemed by their stated timeframe. This should feel like a real back-and-forth conversation, not a scripted bot waiting silently. Redemption Trigger — User taps an "I'm At The Restaurant" button inside Messenger once they arrive. This fires a webhook to GoHighLevel, which logs a timestamp (proof of visit) and tags the contact as "Redeemed." The redemption code is intentionally withheld until this point. Code Delivery — Immediately after the webhook fires, the bot delivers a unique vanity code back into the same Messenger thread (e.g. "JOHN-4521"). Customer shows this to staff for the discount. Post-Visit Automation — Once tagged "Redeemed," an automated sequence fires: Day 1 "How was your visit" SMS + optional email capture, Day 3 return visit offer, Day 7 referral incentive. Snapshot Packaging — The entire build must be packaged as a GHL Snapshot so I can deploy it into new client sub-accounts, customizing only the restaurant name/branding and offer details. Deliverables: Working comment-to-DM trigger Fully built Messenger bot flow including conversational timeline check-in (copy provided) Working webhook that fires reliably and logs timestamp + tag Auto-generated unique vanity code per contact Post-visit automation sequence Packaged, tested GHL Snapshot Short screen-recorded walkthrough of the full flow working live, end to end Brief documentation on customizing the snapshot per client Budget: Open range, $300-500 depending on experience and approach. Will select based on experience/interview, not lowest bid. Payment: 50% to start, 50% on successful live end-to-end test (I will personally comment, get the DM, claim the offer, go through the timeline check-in, tap the redemption button, and confirm the webhook fires and tags correctly in GHL).
