GoHighLevel AI Agent Developer – Lead Response, No-Show Recovery & Reactivation (14-Day Project)

We need a GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to build 5 AI agents that automate our sales follow-up and recovery process. This is for a property investment/wealth advisory business. *Scope of work:* 1. *Lead Response & Qualification Agent* – AI replies to new leads within 60 seconds, asks trust-building questions, scores lead quality (hot/warm/cold) 2. *Appointment Show-Up Agent* – Sends automated reminders before booked calls to reduce no-shows 3. *No-Show Recovery Agent* – Automatically re-engages leads who miss appointments (text, call, follow-up sequence) 4. *Database Reactivation Agent* – Re-engages old/dormant leads in the CRM with personalized outreach, sent in safe batches 5. *Executive Assistant Agent* – Integrates with Fathom/Zoom to capture meeting notes, update CRM, and generate a daily briefing *Requirements:* - Proven experience building AI agents/automations inside GoHighLevel - Experience with conversational AI flows (not just basic GHL workflows) - Understanding of compliance-sensitive industries (financial/property advice) is a plus — agents must avoid asking sensitive financial questions too early in conversations - Experience with Fathom or similar meeting-transcription tools is a plus (for Agent 5) *Important:* The underlying GHL pipelines, tags, forms, and calendars are already built.
