Project Overview We are seeking a talented human graphic designer to create two new logos. Both must be original, hand-crafted designs — no AI-generated artwork will be accepted. We can tell the difference. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in logo design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate brand identity into clean, professional visuals. Please include portfolio examples with your proposal. Important: No AI-generated designs. Human-designed only. Please show examples of your previous logo work. Logo 1 — Not Everyone Drinks Campaign What is the campaign? Not Everyone Drinks is a national campaign focused on freedom of choice around alcohol. Within one month of launch it already has national visibility and real momentum. Style & Feel This logo needs to work hard. It should be: • Fun, cool and instantly recognisable • Simple — clean lines, minimal clutter • Catchy and memorable — think viral-proof • Trendy but timeless — not a dated design in 12 months • Able to work at any size, from a phone screen to a banner Think clean, modern, bold typography with a visual device or icon that feels fresh. Open to colour suggestions — designer's creative input is welcome, but it must feel confident and current. Logo 2 — IDInclusion (Company) What is the company? IDInclusion is a professional speaking, consulting and EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) business. The founder is a published author, inclusion consultant, and nationally recognised figure in neurodivergence and invisible disability. Style & Feel This logo must reflect the professional, authoritative nature of the business: • Clean and professional — appropriate for corporate and public sector clients • Must include the company name: IDInclusion • Must include a tagline underneath (please propose tagline options — or designer may suggest) • Suitable for use on presentations, invoices, a website, and social media • Should feel confident and premium, not generic Deliverables — Required for Both Logos All designs must be delivered in vector format (SVG, AI or EPS) plus PNG/JPG exports at every size below. Sizes must be correct and export-ready — do not just resize one file. Required sizes: Platform Use Size (px) Instagram Profile picture 320 × 320 Instagram Feed post (square) 1080 × 1080 Instagram Story 1080 × 1920 LinkedIn Profile / company logo 300 × 300 LinkedIn Banner 1584 × 396 Facebook Profile picture 180 × 180 Facebook Cover photo 820 × 312 Eventbrite Organiser logo 144 × 144 Eventbrite Event banner 2160 × 1080 General Website favicon 32 × 32 General Website / presentation header 400 × 100 File Formats Required • Vector source file — SVG, AI or EPS (editable, layered) • PNG with transparent background at each size above • JPG (white background) at each size above • Both logos must be delivered separately How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: • Link to your portfolio or 3-5 relevant logo examples • Confirmation that all work is human-designed (no AI tools used) • Your estimated turnaround time • Your proposed approach for each logo — especially any early ideas or references Proposals without portfolio examples will not be considered. We are looking for quality over speed — take the time to read this brief properly before applying. A bonus is avaliable after work is completed for high quality.
