Graphic Designer for Real Estate Development Marketing Collateral

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to create professional, presentation-ready marketing graphics for a residential subdivision development called The Springs at Beekman. The designer will be provided with the updated subdivision master plan and will be responsible for transforming the technical site plan into clean, visually appealing marketing graphics suitable for use in investor presentations, brochures, offering memorandums, websites, and other marketing materials. Project Scope Create four professional marketing graphics from the provided subdivision plan: Overall Master Plan Graphic Professionally designed graphic showing the entire 199-lot subdivision. Clearly identify roads, lots, amenities, open space, and major development features. Create a clean, polished, presentation-quality appearance suitable for investor and marketing use. Phase 1 Graphic Dedicated graphic showing only Phase 1. Clearly highlight all lots and development areas within Phase 1. Maintain consistent branding and design with the master plan graphic. Phase 2 Graphic Dedicated graphic showing only Phase 2. Clearly highlight all lots and development areas within Phase 2. Maintain consistent branding and design with the master plan graphic. Phase 3 Graphic Dedicated graphic showing only Phase 3. Clearly highlight all lots and development areas within Phase 3. Maintain consistent branding and design with the master plan graphic. Files Provided Updated master subdivision plan (latest version). Additional project information and branding guidance as needed. Required Deliverables High-resolution PDF files. Editable source files (Adobe Illustrator preferred). PNG and JPG exports suitable for presentations, brochures, websites, and marketing materials. Designer Requirements Strong graphic design portfolio. Experience creating site plans, subdivision maps, development graphics, master-planned community graphics, architectural graphics, or real estate marketing materials. Ability to transform technical plans into visually compelling marketing collateral. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A brief explanation of your role in each project. Confirmation that you can complete the project within the requested timeline. Timeline 48-hour turnaround from project award. We are looking for a designer who can elevate a technical subdivision plan into professional marketing collateral that is visually appealing, easy to understand, and suitable for use with investors, developers, builders, and prospective purchasers.
