Graphic Designer for agency specializing in beauty and fashion

Im looking for a talented graphic designer to join my team on a freelance basis. This role involves working on a wide variety of projects, including: Designing emails (with animations and GIFs), Meta ads, and web assets in Figma. Creating social media assets (static and video) in Canva for various brands, including my personal brand. Assisting with brand identity projects (logo exporting, color palettes, mood boards, font curation, etc.). Proficiency in creating engaging mockups using Photoshop and AI tools The ideal candidate has: - Strong skills in Figma, the Adobe Suite and Canva. - Experience with social media design, email marketing design (creating and slicing for upload into email marketing systems), moodboarding and creating and editing mockups. - A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines and briefs. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Outside of the box thinker - Quick on their feet and adaptable to creating and working with new styles. Some brands we're working with are very corporate, and some are very fun. Then we have some that are luxurious and minimal! We need someone who can adapt to all of these styles at whim. While we use Canva for efficiency, we value custom, high-quality design that doesn’t rely on generic templates.. We are looking for bespoke designs that are on par with (but not limited to): Rhode Ghia PE Nation This is a remote position starting at 10 hours/week, with the potential to scale up as we grow. Extra hours are always available for those who want them, but your time and bandwidth will always be respected. What would make you a standout: If you thrive with fast turnarounds (2 days or less), that’s a big bonus! If you can work in EST (not required but a bonus!) If you like working in Trello, Notion or other project management systems If you have experience working in klaviyo and shopify If you love generative AI in Photoshop, Midjourney and photo collaging STRONG communication skills.
