Graphic Designer to Update/Refresh/Refine Logo and Partial Website

I am looking for a Graphic Designer to refresh/refine my existing logo, and possibly my website as well. My website is https://mentalhealthvirtualassistant.com/ I am not interested in a complete redesign, rather I would like to improve upon what I currently have. I am happy with the colors and overall feel of the logo and website, but feel that the logo can be tough to read in smaller sizes - details lost and perhaps a little off balance. The above the fold on my homepage feels like it could be improved upon as well - maybe a new header image, font update, refined menu bar. Hoping for something more refined, modern looking if possible without losing the existing brand identity. I am open to paying a fee to see samples of how you would update my logo and/or a sample of a change you would make to my Home page header section to make sure the design direction works for me before moving forward..
