Graphic Designer for direct mail Postcard Design

I am looking for a graphic designer who is experienced in direct mail postcards and real estate marketing. The job is to create three postcards for direct mail marketing. The postcards will be 6"x9" and double-sided. This is a direct response marketing project, not a branding project. The objective is to maximize response rate while maintaining credibility. I have drafted copy and a rough layouts for all three cards. I'm looking for somebody who understands hierarchy, white space, call-to-action placement, and designing pieces that get read—not just pieces that look good. I'm offering $250 per postcard, but am negotiable if there is more work than anticipated. Please have examples of direct mail pieces you have designed that have generated leads or sales. Thank you.
