Growing Podcast Studio Seeking Experienced Videographer

Aura House Studios is seeking a talented and motivated Videographer to join our growing team. Based in the heart of Los Angeles, Aura House is a luxury podcast and production studio known for creating high-quality content with stunning skyline views and a unique creative energy. We work with entrepreneurs, executives, creators, entertainers, and thought leaders to produce premium video and podcast content. We're looking for a videographer who is eager to grow with us, brings a positive attitude to every project, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Capture high-quality video content during podcasts, interviews, branded content shoots, and promotional productions Collaborate with our team to plan, set up, and execute video shoots Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment confidently and efficiently Ensure footage is properly exposed, framed, and recorded to a professional standard Contribute creative ideas and take initiative on projects Maintain an organized workflow and meet deadlines consistently Assist with production setup and breakdown as needed Qualifications Must be local to Los Angeles Must have flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends Must own a professional camera package (Blackmagic or Sony cameras are a major plus) 2–4 years of videography experience (professional or freelance) Strong understanding of camera operation, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment Excellent framing, composition, and lighting techniques Ability to create visually compelling shots with attention to detail Comfortable working with both natural light and studio lighting setups Editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is a plus Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a self-starter mentality Ability to problem-solve on set and work independently when needed Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients The ideal candidate: Takes pride in creating beautiful, polished visuals Has a strong eye for cinematic composition and storytelling Is dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented Can work efficiently without constant supervision Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding creative company What We Offer Opportunity to work on a wide variety of podcast, commercial, and branded content productions Hands-on experience with high-profile clients and creators A collaborative and supportive team environment Consistent opportunities for ongoing freelance work Potential for long-term growth as Aura House continues to expand Please submit: A brief introduction about yourself Your portfolio, website, or demo reel Your camera package and gear list Your typical availability
