Growth marketer to set up (and explain) our app's beta-tester funnel — Klaviyo, landing page, tracking We are an edtech launching a beta. An agency runs our ads and drops emails into Klaviyo. We are setting up ads that get people to sign up to a newsletter, as well as ads that get people to sign up to our waitlist. We are also working on a reddit channel. A developer handles the app. We need someone to build the bit in the middle, and walk us through the choices first. Two jobs in one: Show us the options. For each piece, lay out 2–3 approaches with trade-offs and a recommendation. We decide together. Then build it. What you will set up: Beta-signup landing page, wired to Klaviyo Klaviyo flows: a welcome series + a sequence that turns subscribers into testers One UTM / naming convention, aligned with the agency GA4 + a simple dashboard, measured down to cost-per-tester (not just cost-per-signup) Beta ops: screening form, per-channel tracking codes, tester comms Must-haves: Hands-on Klaviyo (required) Comfortable with GA4, UTMs, and a dashboard tool You've built full funnels yourself, not just advised on them You can explain your work to non-marketers Bonus: consumer apps, beta launches, or a parent / family audience Not included (handled by others): ad management and creative, in-app developer work.
