Growth Operations Associate

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused team member with excellent communication skills. This role combines virtual client consultations, shipment and pickup coordination, and e-commerce support. Responsibilities include conducting video consultations with prospective clients, coordinating shipments and carrier pickups, communicating with buyers across multiple channels, managing online sales inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable on video calls and the phone, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is a must. (minimum 3 hours on Sat & Sunday each)
