Growth Marketing Strategist & Strategic Partner for Yoga Trainings and Retreats About Me I am an international yoga educator, trainer, retreat leader, and director of a yoga academy based in Europe. I teach traditional yoga, philosophy, teacher trainings, Vyayam Yoga, and spiritual education programs. I organize retreats, international trainings, educational events, and community projects. I am currently preparing a Vyayam Yoga Training Retreat taking place in September and I am looking for a strategic growth partner who can help increase visibility, attract participants, and support the expansion of my work internationally. What I Need This is NOT a traditional social media management role. I am not looking for someone whose primary focus is posting content. I am looking for someone who can help create real growth, real visibility, real opportunities, and measurable results. The ideal candidate will help: * Increase registrations for trainings and retreats * Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns * Build partnerships and collaborations * Expand visibility and audience growth * Support launches and enrollment campaigns * Identify opportunities for workshops, speaking engagements, and educational events * Help position my work in relevant yoga, wellness, education, and personal development communities I am not looking for a traditional assistant or community manager. I am looking for someone who is excited about helping meaningful educational and wellness projects grow and who wants to become a long-term strategic partner. Immediate Priority The first priority is helping promote and fill a Vyayam Yoga Training Retreat taking place in September in Hungary. I am especially interested in candidates who can think strategically about attracting participants, building partnerships, generating visibility, and creating momentum over the next 90 days. Ideal Candidate * Experience promoting retreats, trainings, coaching programs, courses, or educational businesses * Strong marketing and communication skills * Experience with audience growth and lead generation * Comfortable reaching out to partners, communities, organizations, and collaborators * Strategic thinker focused on outcomes and measurable growth * Fluent English * Long-term mindset Experience in yoga, wellness, spirituality, education, or conscious businesses is highly valued.
