Growth & Marketing Assistant for Business Directory

I’m looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow GetOnCode.net, a directory dedicated to promoting businesses. Responsibilities include research, outreach, and other tasks to promote businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, administrative support, and effective communication via email and phone. Responsibilities: • Verify business information before listing • Find business owners’ email addresses and social media accounts • Submit businesses to the directory • Contact businesses about Featured Listings • Respond to simple inquiries • Leave thoughtful comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn to increase awareness • Suggest marketing ideas each week • Track outreach in a spreadsheet • Identify partnership opportunities with organizations, influencers, podcasts, and community groups • Report weekly metrics (businesses added, emails sent, replies received, traffic generated)
