Summary

We have a website running into frequent downtime and are looking for someone to: 1) Troubleshoot, recommended (and implement) dev changes to improve site performance 2) Train/educate us on how to manage it all in the future via Zoom Flywheel keeps blocking IP's for us and boosting resources but its not a sustainable solution. This includes: 1) Are their dev issues impacting site performance? 2) We are being hit by a ton of bot traffic/malicious actors which is causing issues. How do we manage Bot Fight Mode and Rate Limiting?
