We’re building an AI-powered growth platform for specialty healthcare practices across the United States. Our mission is simple: Help healthcare organizations create measurable business value. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a growth operator—not just an SEO consultant. Your first project Conduct a comprehensive audit of a private practice orthopedic website and digital marketing strategy and provide a prioritized roadmap for increasing qualified inbound leads. This is initially a project-based engagement. If we’re impressed, this could become a long-term relationship across dozens or hundreds of healthcare practices. We want answers to questions like: • Is our website technically sound? • Is it properly indexed by Google? • What are the highest-impact SEO issues? • How fast is the site? • How can we increase qualified organic traffic? • What keywords should we own? • How should we structure landing pages? • Should we invest in Google Ads? If so, how? • How should conversion tracking be configured? • How should Google Analytics and Google Search Console be set up? • What should our Google Business Profile strategy be? • How should we generate and manage online reviews? • How should we track phone calls and appointment conversions? • How should we attribute every new patient back to its marketing source? Experience we’d love • Healthcare marketing • Multi-location healthcare practices • Local SEO • Google Ads • Google Analytics 4 • Google Tag Manager • Google Search Console • Technical SEO • Landing page optimization • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) • Call tracking • HubSpot or CRM integrations • AI-assisted marketing workflows Deliverables Please provide: 1. A technical SEO audit 2. A prioritized list of improvements ranked by ROI 3. A Google Ads strategy (if recommended) 4. A content strategy 5. A local SEO strategy 6. A measurement dashboard showing exactly how success should be tracked We’re not looking for someone who promises “page one rankings.” We’re looking for someone who understands how to generate measurable business growth. If your recommendations are excellent, we’d like to expand this relationship into implementing these strategies across many healthcare organizations.
