IT Help Desk Technician

We are seeking an IT help desk technician with experience in phone and remote support. This part-time position requires working from home for 5 hours per day. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting and configuration to assist end users with any PC related issues, application issues, hardware troubleshooting (over the phone) and network connectivity issues. Candidate must also demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and be able to efficiently manage a minimum of 3 support cases per hour. If you are interested, please respond with your resume.
