Help me connect to 300 new people on linkedin

LinkedIn Outreach Assistant Needed (Virtual/Remote, Task-Based) Project Overview: I'm looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help execute a LinkedIn networking campaign. I have a list of 300 target contacts and a personalized connection request template ready to go - I need someone reliable to handle the manual, repetitive work of sending these out correctly and safely. What You'll Be Doing Search for each of the 300 individuals on LinkedIn using my account When multiple people share a name, select the correct match based on job title (looking for titles containing words like "education," "training," "customer enablement," or similar) - usually the first relevant 2nd-degree (occasionally 3rd-degree) result Follow each person first, before sending a connection request Send a personalized connection request using my provided template, customizing each message with the recipient's first name Pace outreach at approximately 25–30 connection requests per day, spaced out naturally (not all at once) to keep account activity looking organic Time Estimate ~30 minutes per batch of 30 people (search, follow, personalize, send connection request) ~5 hours total across the full list of 300 contacts, spread over roughly 10 days at the recommended daily pace 80 people have already been completed What I'm Looking For Strong attention to detail (matching the right person by title, not just name) Comfort working inside a client's LinkedIn account with a high degree of trust and discretion Consistency and follow-through — someone who will complete the full list without dropping off partway through Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach, sales development, or virtual assistant work is a plus Before We Start I'd like to do a quick walkthrough of the logistics and account-safety considerations (pacing, avoiding restrictions, etc.) before kicking things off.
