High Quality Video Short Using Graphic Design and AI

I am creating 32 Youtube shorts. I have a network of blogs and i want to embed these shorts on my blogs. These are educational videos. The idea of these videos is to create curiosity. These 32 videos are what i describe as tier one videos. The whole idea is for the viewer to absorb 60 seconds worth of facts and want to watch a Tier two video that will explain the concept more. The tier 2 videos will be closer to 5-10 minutes long and more in depth. They will lead the viewer to a Tier 3 video which is designed to close the viewer on digital education material. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO BE CREATIVE. This is a financial video and i am not looking to make it silly. I am looking to start a relationship with someone. I need 32 tier shorts. I need 3 tier 2 longer videos that will also be placed on youtube, I need at least 3 Tier videos that will be for landing pages to close the sale. I am also contemplating working with someone to create the digital videos that i will be selling. If i do that then i will be contracting that person for about 50-75 10 minute videos. I am looking for very high quality work. I want to test someone out on 1 short video. When i feel comfortable with that person and they understand exactly what i want, i can give you the rest of it. As far as the AI Avatar is concerned, I want you to think of a woman about the age of 35-45. She should look very professional. Think of a woman that works as a Financial Advisor at a bank. From here on i am going to call her Pamela. I do not want her at an office setting. I want the background to be something relatable such as Pamela's living room. Pamela is talking to anyone that will listen, however, I am particularly trying to have her communicate to women her age. When you hear me talk about my typical client, i refer to her as Jessica. Jessica is also the same age as Pamela. She may or may not be married and she is starting to worry about retirement. All of my marketing is trying to catch Jessica's attention. I am trying to create a video that is Pamela explaining to Jessica a concept that she probably never heard of before. These shorts are the first journey of Pamela and Jessica. as they advance from tier 1 to tier 2 to tier 3 which is the landing page. Think of Pamela and Jessica having a visit and talking about Finance. Yes, there will b-roll and other graphics involved in all tiers. I have given specific instructions on what i am looking for in those graphics. The person will have to create those graphics or look for some high quality b-roll. I have enclosed the script and instructions in here for you to review. I am looking for someone that is paying attention to detail and can bring to life the feeling of a real conversation between Pamela (AI) and Jessica (viewer).
