I have a completed CAD/STL file for a custom gold pendant and need an experienced jewelry 3D printing professional to produce a high-resolution physical resin or castable wax/resin prototype. What I Need The CAD design is already complete. I am not looking for someone to redesign or recreate the pendant. I need: * High-resolution jewelry-quality 3D print from my existing STL * Resin, wax, or castable resin appropriate for fine jewelry * Accurate reproduction of the dimensions and fine details in the STL * Clean print with minimal visible layer lines * Finished physical prototype shipped to me Purpose of the Prototype Before having the pendant cast in 14K gold, I want to physically inspect the design and verify: * Overall diameter and dimensions * Thickness and depth * Bail opening and proportions * Pendant weight/feel at its current dimensions * How the pendant hangs from a chain * How large it looks when worn against the chest * Visibility and quality of the smaller design details The final gold pendant is expected to be approximately 45 grams, so getting the proportions right before casting is important. Files I can provide: * STL file * Rhino 3DM file if needed * Reference/render images of the finished design Ideal Freelancer You should have experience with: * Fine jewelry 3D printing * High-resolution SLA/DLP resin printing * Castable jewelry resin or wax printing * Pendants and other jewelry intended for precious-metal casting Please include photos of jewelry pieces you have previously printed, especially detailed pendants. When Applying Please tell me: 1. What printer you will use 2. What resin/wax material you recommend 3. Your achievable print resolution/layer height 4. Total cost including shipping 5. Estimated turnaround time 6. Whether the printed model could also be used directly for investment casting if I approve the prototype Budget dependent on print quality, material, and shipping. This is a prototype/verification job first. If the print is accurate and the freelancer also has jewelry casting experience, there may be additional work afterward.
