Summary

We're a mobile app development company seeking an experienced, self-driven sales professional to generate and close new business. This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll source your own leads, build your own pipeline, and close the deals you create. What You'll Be Selling Custom iOS and Android application development. These are substantial projects with real budgets — deals typically range from $15,000 to $60,000+. Responsibilities Generate your own leads through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels) Book and conduct your own sales calls Assess each client's needs, including features, platform, and project scope Present our development services and pricing with confidence Handle objections and guide prospects to a signed agreement Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM records Qualifications Documented track record of self-sourced sales and closing deals of $5,000+ Demonstrated skill and comfort with cold outreach (this is central to the role) Strong phone and video presence — clear, composed, and persuasive Self-discipline to work independently and build a pipeline from the ground up Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace Experience selling technology, software, or agency services (preferred) Compensation 5–10% commission on every closed project. Uncapped earning potential — your income scales directly with your results.
