High Volume Print Ad Designer - Print Production / Prepress Specialist
Worldwide
Looking for a detail-focused prepress specialist to make existing ad designs print-ready, not to design from scratch. You'll take approved concepts and templates and handle the technical print prep: setting correct trim and bleed, converting RGB to CMYK with brand-locked color values, ensuring 300 DPI image resolution, outlining or supplying fonts, and exporting press-ready PDFs to each publication's specs. Strong eye for catching color shifts, low-resolution images, and bleed/safe-zone errors before files go to press. Comfortable working from a preflight checklist and building reusable print templates. Proficiency in Canva Pro, InDesign, or Illustrator required. Newspaper/magazine ad experience a strong plus. Throughput expectation: 2-3 template fills with preflight per hour once templates are established; initial template setup expected at around 1 per hour.
